Time disolves in the summer
Summer time is a good time to switch gears. Things are still hopping around here - teachers working on Language Arts curriculum, preparing crazy and creative activities for camp. But time does move a little slower. Maybe it is the clarity of the light or the sweet juice of summer fruit.
Here is a great article by Nancy Gibbs To the Time Machine about memories in summer - the gift of lazy long days with a book, days with no screens in sight. Nostalgia for summer camp and sweet summers gone - don't forget to savor the flowers.
